SEED to FORK

A collaboration with:
Tamar Organics X Grow Wilder X Greenhouse - Plant Based Dining.

Time: 13.30-(approx)16.00
Address: Grow Wilder - Avon Wildlife Trust, 181 Frenchay Park Road, Bristol BS16 1EL

An immersive dining experience that celebrates the journey of organic produce, from SEED to FORK.

We all know that we need seeds to grow food, but often we don't consider where they come from and what happens when they're not available anymore.

- You'll eat a delicious three course meal prepared by Greenhouse - Plant Based Dining, made using organic produce grown by Tamar Organics and Grow Wilder.
- You'll dine under the canopy, surrounded in nature.
- You'll learn from experts on seed saving and organic farming.
- We'll explore the growing spaces and wildlife habitats at the Grow Wilder site.
- You'll go home with a gift bag filled with seeds and recipe cards, so you can grow your own veg and recreate some of the food for your friends and family.

The event is BYO with no corkage fee. We provide glassware and tap water. You can bring a bottle of whatever you fancy. Cheers!

We plan to serve the meal under the outdoor canopy. However, in the event of stormy weather, guests will be seated in the 'pod'. This sheltered area is not heated, so bring layers if the weather is cool or breezy!

Allergens & Dietary Requirements:
The menu is vegan.
Allergens in the set menu include gluten, soya, sesame, tree nuts, fava beans, sulphites, mustard, celery & lupin.
We are able to cater for gluten allergies.
We endeavour to uphold the highest standards in safety and hygiene. However, please note that the food is prepared in kitchens where all 14 allergens could be handled.
If you or anyone in your party has food allergies, please contact us before booking by emailing [email protected]. We will advise you if we are able to accommodate your request.
For your safety, we may be unable to seat you if we have not been notified and cannot accommodate your dietary requirements.

Getting to Grow Wilder:
We encourage sustainable transport and are well connected to walking, cycling and bus routes: M1, M3, M4, 48a, 19 and Y4. The Metrobus is only 10 mins from the city centre: it is 1 stop from Cabot Circus
to Grow Wilder (Begbrook).
We have very limited space for parking on site, which is reserved for works vehicles and people with mobility difficulties (please let us know if a space needs reserving). If coming by car, please park in Begbrook Social Club, which is 50 metres past our entrance. If parking on nearby streets, please park considerately.

Children:
Children are very welcome to attend but please be aware there isn't a specific children's menu therefore if your child is eating a standard ticket will need to be purchased.

Refunds:
We regret that tickets are non-refundable. However, you are able to 're-sell' your tickets on Headfirst Bristol once all tickets for that date have sold out. We find that this works well, as we usually have a waiting list for each event.

Entry requirements: no age restrictions
