We're opening the doors of Hamilton House, inviting you to explore our artist studios!
You can expect to meet the artists and see the incredible range of art that is made here in the heart of Stokes Croft.
Join us on Sunday 7th December, we are open all day for one day only! The studios are open between 11am and 5pm.
Where to find us?
Start by saying hello at the Hamilton House reception: Head to the Doors between the Canteen and The Orchard cafe, where we’ll give you an Open Studios entry sticker, which entitles you to discounted treats at The Orchard Cafe! Head upstairs to 3B to explore our artist studios.
Alongside the Open Studios, on THREE creative markets are also taking place in the building:
You’ll find the South West Makers Market at The Orchard Cafe on the ground floor, Picnic Market in the Main events space near our studios on 3B, and a final market at The Canteen where you can also enjoy a pint whilst you mooch.

It’s easy to get here by public transport, and some parking can be found on City Road but you’ll need to walk round to the front entrance by The Canteen to find us.
Access information:
Unfortunately there is no step-free access to the studio, but a lift can be taken from the ground floor to either level 3 then a short flight of stairs up, or Level 4 and a short flight of stairs down.
Toilets can be found throughout the building, opposite the lift. Some are gender specific, and 2B has all gender toilets. A disabled toilet is located inside The Canteen on the ground floor.
Some areas of the studios have quite small walkways, so we appreciate you leaving any big bags at home where possible.
Entry requirements: no age restrictions (under 18s to be accompanied by an adult over 21yrs, 1:1 ratio)
