Lickety Split is a non-profit queer women collective - bringing eclectic live music, artists and performances to entertain the women of Bristol.

This November Lickety Split is heading over to the upstairs of the amazing Hatchet Inn to bring you a night from incredibly talented local female hip hop artists.

Doors open from 10pm (women only before 2am) :)

***MISS TWIST***

Miss Twist is a grime/hip hop artist from the South East UK. Now a Bristol resident she laces down blatant raps of truth, honesty and debauchery. Twist also produces music as well as working with producers across the UK and Europe. If you like a bit of cheek with your hip hop this one's for you!

***MISS BLACKMAN***

Creating a fusion of genres Miss Blackman has been performing all over Bristol for the last decade, performing in venues such as the O2 Academy, The Fleece and a variety of other Bristol venues. She recites her own personal experiences to audiences portraying honest insight, whilst mixing her influences growing up to create different sounds providing the listeners with a captivating performance.

***FLOWDACIA**

Flowdacia is a 24 year old female artist from the West Midlands whose been MC'ing and singing for 10 years. Her style mainly focuses on hip hop but as an artist she is also very versatile with content varying from political tracks to jumpy stage tracks and heartfelt songs.

***SAZZEY***

Sazzey is Sarah Holly, 21 years old and comes from the great music city of Bristol. She started writing her own lyrics and beat boxing at school; finding it a great way to express her feelings and emotions. She performs regularly around the city at Open Mic nights, local pubs and festivals. Sazzey recently got through to the Area Final for Open Mic UK that is going to be on Saturday 22nd November at the NEC in Birmingham.

Miss Twist and Spungold (Baby BoomTown) will be spinning tunes til the early hours - a mix of funk, reggae, old skool hip hop, garage, and DNB mashup to keep you dancing til your feet can't take it anymore!
