Host Polly Morland, award-winning author of 'The Society of Timid Souls: Or How to be Brave', will be joined by:
Douglas Robertson, who as a teenager survived 38 days in a raft after being shipwrecked in the Pacific Ocean.
Dr. Rachael Craven, an anaesthetist who goes into active warzones to perform life saving surgery for Médecins Sans Frontières. She has worked in Gaza, Haiti, Syria and Libya.
Dan Beaumont, an endurance athlete and mental health advocate, who helps men break the stigma around mental health through adventure and open dialogue.
