Begin the day with grounding practices to support our bodies through the transition from winter to early spring, with Sheena @sheenarosewiththemoon

Fruits ceremony and fireside feast
Share ritual and symbolic foods, followed by a hot and nourishing lunch, with Gabrielle @gabriellehearthandheart

Tree planting and song
Get close to the earth and contribute to nurturing and awakening the land at this therapeutic community space, with our hosts Sam and Jess. www.homelandbristol.co.uk

Access/Travel:
Please note, there is no parking on site.
There are trains from Bristol Temple Meads to Nailsea and Backwell at 9.15am and 9.55am.
Or you can park your car at Nailsea and Backwell station (pay and display, £2.60 for 24 hours).
The land is a ten minute walk from the station, or a shuttle will be available.

Other things to note:
Please wear comfortable clothing and sturdy footwear, bring layers for being outdoors in a field in winter.
Yoga will take place in a warm, covered space (polytunnel). Please bring a yoga mat if possible (some mats will be available) and a water bottle.

Entry requirements: no age restrictions (under 18s to be accompanied by an adult over 21yrs, 1:1 ratio)
