Welcome, welcome, one and all! We're Tonic, an events group absolutely head over heels for spoken and sung word, audience/performer interaction, showcasing local talent and promoting fresh writing. Our events feature an Open Mic, Scratch Showcase, Half-Time Prompt, Q&A, Headliner and After-Show Social. Whether experienced or brand new to writing, Tonic is a welcoming, accessible space for all. Our monthly events are hosted by Team Tonic's Chris Vox and Taran Spalding-Jenkin. Tonic 035 is headlined by beloved writer Helen Sheppard, published by Burning Eye Books among her any other accolades. Entry is £5 on the door. For now, this is cash only.
