Becky Brunning, Sal Drummond and Luke Prince at How Lazy Is He? Comedy Night at the Lazy Dog
see event details

A event on Thursday 26th October. The event starts at 20:00pm.

This week at the Lazy Dog, we're back with our latest installment, featuring headliner Becky Brunning!

Fresh from the Edinburgh Fringe catch the debut solo show from Funny Women finalist and Broadchurch actor Becky Brunning. Edgy and average: the love child of rock’n’roll and cardigans. Becky is conflicted – about everything. Whether it’s choosing a sandwich, knowing how straight to be or whether to take yet another driving test. Join her on a road trip of the soul, a coming-of-age story that took all the detours. Puts the comfort in comedy and the toothpaste lid on the tube because that’s where it lives.

Joining Becky are a couple of our absolute fave local comedians, Sal Drummond and Luke Prince (aka Luke Why). This promises to be a great night at your comedy local, so get on down.

Doors at 7:30, show right at 8. Advance Early Bird (read: slightly cheaper) tickets availalbe online or at the bar, or a fiver at the door. Stick around for the free comedy open mic to follow.

“Her comedy insinuates itself, forcing its way inexorably through the cracks in her audience’s defences and flourishing there”
