Capturing Movement: Shared Practice at IC Visual Lab

A event on Wednesday 5th August. The event starts at 17:00.

Capturing Movement continues as a monthly gathering on the first Wednesday of each month.

Through connection and shared practice, we explore how people, communities and movements are seen, remembered and understood.

Each month, Mark Simmons will share work he is currently developing from his archive and wider practice. There will also be space for others to bring images, questions, research or personal experience.

Come as you are. Bring work in progress, an image, an idea, some research or a personal experience. You can speak, listen or observe.

5pm - 7pm | Studio open
Come work, gather, socialise

7pm+ | Table talk
Work-in-progress, questions and ideas.

Come for the open studio, the table talk or join us at The Ill Repute around 8:30pm.

A space to pause, look again and rethink what we capture, shape and remember.

Hosted by Spatula Studio.
