After several years gracing international stages as well as TV and radio programs as a sideman (Montreal Jazz Festival, Stagecoach, Fillmore West, Conan, KEXP etc.), French-Moroccan trumpeter daoud has come back to Europe to lead his own project. Many collaborations with varied international artists (Pokey Lafarge, Tonina, Dave King, Violent Femmes) have helped him build his own musical identity.

An energetic quintet with influences ranging from Hip-hop and R’n’B to jazz, the trumpet player was inspired by artists such as Theo Croker, Christian Scott or Keyon Harrold. Surrounded by rising stars of the jazz scene, he presents his own brand of compositions and instrumental covers.
