Shoba is an experienced manager with over 20 years of working in the criminal justice and drugs/alcohol field.She is also the director for The Women’s Work Lab supporting women on their journey back into employment. Shoba will share her story including her work for Bristol Drugs Project and more, with an opportunity for a Q&A at the end.
