About the Half-Day Retreat :
A morning to slow down, move mindfully, and reconnect to your body through mindful and unconventional movement.

This half-day retreat is open to all levels. Options will always be offered so you can feel comfortable, challenged if you want to, and supported in a way that fits your own practice and experience.

The retreat will include a morning flow, meditation, a themed yoga session (I can’t reveal everything; there has to be a little surprise!), and a few other special moments that we’ll keep just for us.

My intention is for you to leave this retreat with simple movements and practices you can return to on your own, no videos needed, just you, your mat, and tools you can use whenever you need them.

As part of my studies in functional neurology, I’ll also share some fascinating brain drills that amaze me every time, and I hope they’ll amaze you too.

About Mathilde :
Yoga teacher since 2020, she brings her unique expertise for functional neurology to her classes. As well as a playful vinyasa class you will take the traditional asanas (postures) and move beyond typical alignment. Our brain and body thrives on variety so by moving beyond typical alignment, consciously exploring other, sometimes unusual, movements our brain feels safer. As safety increases, our bodies move and feel better. This is an explorative practise with the intention of sharing science-based information to help your body-mind thrive.
