We are extremely excited to announce our debut event in Bristol: Monkey Sounds Presents Soundbwoy Killah!
We’ll be heading to Old Market, in the recently refurbished Jack of Diamonds, accompanied by our state of the art Funktion One sound system which will deliver an unparalleled acoustic experience. Guaranteed to get the best out of the nights perfomances.
First on the agenda is none other than Soundbwoy Killah! Making waves in the underground scene right now. Notably with his recent release on Bristol local label Sneaker Social Club, selling out in a week on Phonica. SBK's material has been getting support from the likes of Big Miz and Mall Grab, the latter of which featured one of his tunes in his Southbank Boiler Room. He's currently breaking through, no better time to catch him than in this intimate setting.

Oscar Mason aka Stout is a selector from Bristol. Playing anything from Lovers Rock and Dub to early 2004’ grime white labels, Stout prides himself on crafting unique sets spanning many different genres. Primarily a vinyl DJ, be sure to hear classic tunes with new and unreleased tracks from up and coming producers from Bristol and beyond.
Last on the bill will be two Monkey Sounds residents and organisers Faizal and Prentis going B2B till close. We're incredibly excited for this one so expect to see that carried through in our performance. Expect a showcase of UK orientated dance, Jungle, Breakbeats, Detroit Electro, Techno and all sorts of other wholesome cuts.
