at The Jam Jar, Bristol

Robert Soko // Originally hailing from the former Yugoslavia the legendary Berlin based DJ has been rocking parties for nearly 30 years. He was the first to pioneer, and indeed coin the term, Balkan Beats, amalgamating the musical roots of the Balkan forefathers with contemporary electronic grooves and production into one of the most ecstatic and intoxicating models of party and dance music around.

Amancai // Colombian-born, DJ based in South London Amancai is a faithful advocate of South American music with a particular love for Afro-Caribbean music. She's a regular at London's Movimientos nights and never fails to swell the dance floor with blissful Latin sounds.

Gypsy Box // Mexican native, Balkan Cumbia trail-blazer DJ Gypsy Box has been and remains at the absolute forefront of this powerful combination with his tireless globetrotting escapades consistently bringing the music to new audiences all over the world.

Cal Jader // Cal Jader is one of the musical activists, founders behind cultural protagonists Movimientos. His formidable blend of tropical bass and classic latin heat has seen him play all around the world from Istanbul to Malayasia, Mexico City and Carnival in Brazil.

Nohelia // Nohelia is a Venezuelan DJ growing up listening to all sorts of Latinx music, particularly the rich musical offerings of Colombia. She started DJ-ing to bring us the Latinx sounds that were somewhat lacking in Bristol, and she will open the night celebrating the iconic, heartfelt, and uplifting sounds of cumbia, vallenato, and salsa.
