Carnival might not be on this year, but we're gonna celebrate anyway!
Joining us is Bristol legend, Steve Rice (Downbeat Melody Sound). A lifelong champion of DJ culture, Steve's influence on the city's musical landscape stretches back decades. Alongside the La Bomba residents (John Stapleton & Boom Operator), expect a dancefloor journey through Caribbean rhythms, Afro-Latin heat, tropical grooves, funk, soul, reggae and heavyweight sounds from across the globe.
From Nassau to Nairobi, and Kingston to Kinshasa. Cumbia to calypso, salsa to ska, afrobeat, highlife, and all points in-between.
