Sera Kalo's eX.II crafts a unique fusion of 70's jazz poetry, electronic experimentation, and hypnotic grooves. Their groundbreaking debut at XJAZZ Festival 2024, opening for Shabaka Hutchings, marked them as an innovative force in contemporary jazz.

Their piece "AFENI," honoring activist Afeni Shakur, appears on the XJAZZ-Entangled Grounds compilation, demonstrating their ability to blend profound lyricism with improvisational mastery. Their music has already earned notable recognition, featuring in the Wassily Kandinsky exhibition at H'art Museum Amsterdam in collaboration with Centre Pompidou Paris.

Expect an evening of genre-fluid performance where deep spiritual transformation meets boundless energy. With their debut album in the making at Berlin's Brewery Studios, this is a chance to witness an emerging force in experimental jazz.

Entry requirements: no age restrictions (under 18s to be accompanied by an adult over 21yrs, 1:1 ratio)
