Club Débris at The Jam Jar
See event details

A gig held at The Jam Jar on Sunday 12th October. The event starts at 20:00.

Club Débris are a Quebec-inspired folk band based in London, playing high-energy French-Canadian trad music in brazenly major keys. Québécois folk music is the result of many centuries of mixed influences between French, English, Scottish and Irish dance music, and is accompanied by driving, galloping foot percussion rhythms. Having thoroughly enjoyed their previous trips to Bristol, Club Débris are back in town again this year, bringing their trademark no-nonsense tunes with a pro-nonsense attitude.

The band is formed of Will Allen (accordion/fiddle), Maisie Greenwood (fiddle), Duncan Menzies (fiddle/banjo), Will Chamberlain (piano) and Jessie Collins (percussive dance)

+ support TBA

Entry requirements: no age restrictions (under 18s to be accompanied by an adult over 21yrs, 1:1 ratio)
