Five hours of bass, breath and ceremony in one of Bristol’s best loved independent venues. A proper rave that happens to be alcohol-free: L-Acoustics quad surround sound, club-level lighting and lasers, a 4 hour DJ journey from Osara, live dancers, opening and closing ceremony.

WHAT IT IS
A bridge between UK rave and sound system culture and conscious dance. An immersive clubbing experience where sound, movement and ritual meet: underground, electronic, organic, ancestral. Alcohol-free, all ages, in the daytime, on a serious system. In pursuit of collective effervescence — that moment when a whole room moves as one.

THE JOURNEY
3pm — Doors. Arrive by 3pm so you have time to land before the Opening Ceremony.
3:30pm — Opening Ceremony & Breathwork. We arrive together in circle, breathe and set the container.
4pm — DJ Set Journey (4 hours) — Osara. Underground, electronic, organic, ancestral. Dancers on stage throughout.
7:45pm — Closing Ceremony. We land, complete the journey and close the circle together.
8pm — Dinner & hang out (optional). Dinner from BioChi. Venue closes at 9pm. Food and drinks are optional and bought separately on the day.

LINE UP — OSARA (an extended 4 hours DJ Set )
Father, DJ and founder of Ace Collectiv. With Cymreig, Scottish and Sámi roots, he weaves ancient and future technologies of sound: drum, shakers and yoik-inspired vocals braided into organic, underground and electronic dance music. Expect the deeper, uplifting and soul-invigorating — 140, jungle, techno, afro house, folktronica and organic electro, alongside folk, Celtic, world and South American sound. LIVE DANCERS
Dancers on stage through the journey. Not choreography for show. Embodied, expressive movement that holds the energy of the room and invites you deeper into your own. Permission to let go, take up space and find your own way into the music.

THE SPACE
L-Acoustics sound system: four stacks, four corners, one room. Sound arrives from every direction. Around you and through you, not at you. Club-level precision, depth and power. A field of sound you feel in your bones.
The Jam Jar: Bristol’s beloved independent venue in St Jude’s. Warehouse bones, a proper dancefloor and a big warm heart. Independently run, community minded and built for sound. One of our favourite rooms in the city.

WHO IS IT FOR?
Anyone who wants to move, be moved and be met. Never danced sober, or never raved at all? You’re exactly who this is for. No steps to learn, no way to do it wrong. The floor is a non-verbal space, rest whenever you need, and many people come alone and leave with friends. Been on dancefloors for years? A serious system, a three-and-a-half-hour journey with room to go deep, and a container held with care. Bring your kids, bring your teenager, come as a family. All ages are welcome, the Kids Space is there for little ones, and a parent or guardian stays on site throughout. Alcohol-free and substance-free. Everything you’ll feel in this room comes from the music, the movement, the ritual and the community.

Early Bird £20 — on sale now, limited availability. General Release £25 — once Early Bird has gone. Supporter £35 — for those moved to give more; your extra keeps Supported tickets affordable for others. Prices rise as we get closer — when they’re gone, they’re gone.
Teens 13–17 £15, Kids 4–12 £10 and Under 4s free, plus Supported tickets (£10, on trust, no questions asked — currently sold out), are available at https://dandelion.events/e/nu-era-rave. BEFORE YOU COME
Where: The Jam Jar, Little Ann Street, St Jude’s, Bristol, BS2 9EB. Lift share, walk, cycle or use public transport where you can. On-street pay and display nearby (check the signs) and Cabot Circus Car Park is a short walk away. Driving? Check whether you need to pay Bristol’s Clean Air Zone.
Dress: dress to express or whatever feels best for you. We welcome ourselves and each other as we are.
Bring: layers so you can warm up and cool down; clean shoes, dance socks or bare feet for the floor (whatever feels comfortable); earplugs if you’re sensitive to volume (the music does get loud); a water bottle. Full arrival details are sent by email when you book.

It lets us be expressive and intimate while staying respectful of one another, and it applies to everyone present — participants, team, facilitators, artists and venue staff.
