STANLÆY 'Rif' EP launch at Jam Jar
Early birds £5, General Release £7 on Eventbrite

A gig held at The Jam Jar on Thursday 19th December. The event starts at 19:30.

@ The Jam Jar, 19th December STANLÆY will be presenting Bethany's solo EP titled 'Rif' named after the small village in northern Iceland where Bethany was living whilst writing the EP. The bands usual 4 piece will be joined by musical mastermind Alun Elliott-Williams from Waldo's Gift to rework the EP songs together as well as playing some other STANLÆY tunez. (Ft. Naomi Hill on violin, Oliver Cocup on kit, Ben Holyoake on bass and Bethany Stenning on vox, electric guitar and harp).

'RIF':
This EP is a fragmented snapshot of Bethany's time whilst living in Rif, a small village in North Iceland in late 2018-early 2019. Each song exploring the combination of electronic beat production and the organic sounds of violin&voice that are close to Bethany's heart. 'Rif' is an ode to heavy introspection, memories, identity, and to physical connections with others and with nature.
