A clubnight on Saturday 18th April. The event starts at 19:00.
Rev up your engines and hoist the anchor because we are about to embark on our second voyage aboard the John Sebastian.
Whispers of some strange folk patter across the water of Bathurst Basin, as ship mates gather in suspicion. “ Magic…road-side magic? Now what might these landlubbers want with us sailors…”
Expect some outrageous shenanigans as we witness the coming together of deep boat-lore and road-lore of our forgotten pasts and mischievous futures. With oil soaked palms we shall be laying down majestic sonic landscapes and seascapes as well as some folk-infused bass culture that will, as ever, make the boat rock.
We shall dance in mechanical motion under the glow of the forecourt lights, conducted by our technicians in residence - Silk Sound System. They’ll tighten all the bolts as the party gets looser...
Give those oily fingers a rinse before you tuck into some delicious dinner inspired by the hedgerows of England. Free to all able mechanics and deck hands until it runs out. Get down early to avoid missing out on food.
As ever the lovely folk of the harbour have to sleep so we can only play tunes until 1am and have to be cleared out by 2am.
Safety Warning: protective overalls or seafaring gear recommended xx
