In this 90-minute session, we’ll dive into two powerful parts:

Part 1: Afro-Cuban Technique & Oshun Dance

We’ll focus on technique and explore the dance of Oshun — Orisha of the Afro-Cuban religion, mother of the sweet waters, goddess of sensuality and motherhood.

We’ll work on steps inspired by Oshun’s traditional movements, always focusing on body awareness and expression in every step.

Part 2: Cuban Dance Fusion

We’ll move into Cuban social dance styles, blending Afro-Cuban technique with popular dance genres, including arm styling and turning techniques.

Everything will be grounded in body movement to elevate your dancing quality and confidence.
