An event held at KIT FORM on Friday 13th November. The event starts at 19:00.
Trans Resistance Action Network (TRAN+) and Bristol Queers For Palestine present this month's Community Night at Kit Form on 13th November from 7pm - 10pm.
Queer Community Night is a free, sober space for queer and trans individuals and allies to connect with others, play board games and make radical art together. It's an increasingly nightmarish time to be trans+ and we are seeing our rights and autonomy being taken away in real time. Queer Community Night is an opportunity for us to come together and exist in a space where we are not necessarily organising, not questioned, and not under pressure to act like everything is fine. Queer folk and allies all welcome.
There will be free snacks, board games and arts and crafts supplies available but we always encourage people to bring resources and snacks to share. Soft drinks are available to buy at the bar.
This month's Queer Community Night is in the run up to Trans Day of Remembrance (TDOR) which is on 20th November. We'll be running some craft workshops with this in mind, and as always will have a couple of folk in wellbeing roles if support is needed.
** Face masks are encouraged to support our disabled/immunocompromised comrades **
Masks will be available at the event.
