~ FREE FOR ALL! ~

Inspired by the model of community repair cafés - Kit Form is launching the Creative Repair Café.
Rather than repairing household appliances or clothing, Creative Repair Café aims to bring creatives together to develop our practices further, through skillsharing, exploring artistic ideas/theory and getting peer support for tasks weighing you down like applications or time-management.
No matter how ‘established’ our practices may be, as artists we all face a variety of challenges; such as a lack of funding, space, resources, community or feedback.

View our Resources & Opportunities board - https://tinyurl.com/mtkp2rc6
& there will be a variety of ways to engage with the CRC from structured conversations (evening session) to sipping a cup of tea and listening. The goal is: if you come with a problem, you will leave with a solution!

+ wifi, tea, coffee and desk space, why not drop in and see what’s possible?

~~~
AFTERNOONS: 12:00 - 18:00 (non-ticketed)
The Creative Repair Café will be open for you to use our space as you need:
Meeting friends/colleagues
Draw something large
Document artworks
Stage an artwork for a proposal.
Making artworks
Reading
EVENINGS: 18:30 - 21:00 (ticketed)
The CRC will be open for all of the above possibilities but will include facilitated repair sessions that respond to the needs of our community members!
These repair sessions are where you can bring your problem and request specific support. It could be art-making related, career related or art-theory related. We all have something to give to one another.
No matter what your route to creative making is, we are an LGBTQIA+ safe space where multi-disciplinary practices are welcome whether individual, collective or institutional.
