Daytime Yoga Class with Hana Masters
11am - 12:15pm (Mats and herbal tea will be provided)
With over a decade of practice, Hana brings a rich blend of traditional wisdom from her Punjabi heritage and modern techniques to this practice. This soulful, 60-minute class will gently guide you through a sequence of asana (postures), with variations offered to meet every body and energy level. As we practice, ancient yoga philosophy and concepts will be woven into the practice, reminding us of yoga’s essence: unity, compassion, and resilience.
Together, we will practice not only for our own well-being, but also to extend support to refugees in need, embodying the yogic principle of seva (selfless service).
All are welcome. Come as you are, and let your presence contribute to healing and hope.
