Artbar is a conversation between artists and others. Sometimes they know each other, sometimes they don't. The aim is to bring Bristol's artist community together to talk about art, ideas and connections.
For this iteration, Jack Stiling will be in conversation with Libby Bove.

The artist and maker, Jack Stiling, has been watching the machinations of the modern building site. Studying the sights and sounds of development from inside and outside of the hoarding walls, he has been drawing characters, sculptures and narratives out of the dramatic processes of construction and destruction.

Libby Bove is a multi-disciplinary artist, designer, and folklorist. Her work is centred around ideas which reposition folk custom and magical practice back at the forefront of daily life. Drawing on archival methodologies and documentary, her work slips between fact and fiction.
