Introducing you to the magical world of 16mm film - WARNING - you will be hooked!
Designed for beginners, this - Cameraless Film & 16mm Projection - will introduce you to the basic principles of 16mm processes including cameraless moving image, developing film with Caffenol developer and 16mm projection. Check out the final Night Class to explore the lesser spotted DIY contact printer to change negatives into edited positive prints!
Filmmaker Katie Davies will lead you through these DIY processes and help you to understand the founding principles of moving image practice.
These workshops take place at KIT FORM DARKROOM, Jamaica Street, Stokes Croft.
Entry requirements: no age restrictions (under 18s to be accompanied by an adult over 21yrs, 1:1 ratio)
