Pride is upon us and we are collaborating with @bristolpride to make our Gaming Day bigger and better.
Join us on Sunday 6th July from 1:30pm at Kongs of King Street for a day of board games, retro consoles, social deduction games, VR games and a gaming quiz - with prizes to be won!
At 3pm get ready for the ultimate gaming showdown with the return of our Mario Kart Tournament! Show off your racing skills in a fun and friendly competition for a chance to win not just a prize and a medal, but also glory and pride! Signups for the tournament close at 2:45pm
Free entry to all to have a go on all the consoles, boardgames, meet your community and take part in the quiz. Tournament is £2 entry fee with all proceeds going towards Gendered Intelligence, our chosen charity
Bristol Gaymers is a volunteer run group hosting a variety of events every month. Our events are all free to attend, any optional donations will go towards charity.
Our chosen charity this year is Gendered Intelligence who are "a trans-led and trans-involving charity that works to increase understandings of gender diversity and improve the lives of trans people.". Now more than ever our trans family need our help here in the UK; so come join us and have fun with an afternoon of fun and games while helping to support our community.
Are you new? Want to attend, but a bit apprehensive? Join us in the first hour at 1:30pm where things are a bit quieter and relaxed. Find one of hosts who will ease you into the space, explain how our events work and introduce you to a few people. Bristol Gaymers is a queer space, filled with a welcoming bunch of humans from each part of our wider community.
