Speaking Up - Free Spoken Word and Poetry Event at Kuumba Centre, Hepburn Road, Bristol

Shine On is a campaign all about working together to prevent suicide. We are excited to be partnering with the Urban Word Collective to put on an event featuring local spoken word performers and poets. Join us for an evening of poetry and performances considering mental health and social isolation, at the Kuumba Centre in St. Pauls, Bristol.

Featuring performers Anndeloris Chacon, Beth Richards, Daniel Alexander, Shani Martini, Antonette Clarke Akalanne, Rob Mitchel, and Willow Simone.

Joining us will be local community organisations, including Space Sake, Rethink Mental Illness, Play Wooden, and more.
