With the purpose of practicing a reminder that we can expand each other, learn from others and be heard too. Everyone is a contribution.

The topics offered will not be controversial but all inputs are welcome and reflection and self-reflection encouraged. Places are limited to make sure everyone contributes equally.

There is knowledge at grassroots level. There is much to take from listening to experts. But there is much more to take from sharing points of view in community, this is about practise listening to difference as much as being heard. It is about fostering compassion and appreciation for what everyone brings to the table.

As individuals who can only live one life, we are limited by our own experiences thus we need each other to expand and challenge ourselves as much as what we each bring is valuable to the rest.
