Fonda "´Onde Doña María"

Los invitamos a celebrar este ´18´ en comunidad en la Fonda ‘Onde Doña María’. Tendremos una celebración apta para toda la familia, con comida tradicional, juegos, música y gran ambiente.

Sobre la comida

Este evento está abierto para que cada persona o familia traiga lo que quiera en cuanto a comida y bebida para celebrar (BYO - bring your own). 

También puedes encargar comida previo al evento a emprendimientos locales. Toda la información se enviará por correo al comprar tu ticket.

Sobre el lugar

St Mary Redcliffe es un edificio patrimonial de Bristol, al igual que el hogar del emprendimiento chileno Latino Street Bites. Tendremos acceso al pasto frente a la iglesia, al igual que al subterráneo donde se encuentra el café y a una pequeña área de asado si se requiere (si quieres traer tu parrilla, ponte en contacto). Cercaremos el lugar lo mejor posible para evitar que el público general transite por él. Les pedimos su mayor cooperación para respetar el local como lugar patrimonial y también que estén atentos a sus hijos en todo momento. Así mismo, también les pedimos que lleven su basura de vuelta  a casa, y que cooperen con el orden.

Entretenimiento

Esta fiesta la hacemos todos. Si quieres presentar tu talento, ya sea en la música, el baile, la poesía o lo que se te ocurra, contáctanos para incluirte en la programación. Hay un grupo informal de música que preparará algunas canciones. Si tienes ganas de sumarte, ponte en contacto con Silvia: +447 429 25 4637 . También tendremos juegos tradicionales para grandes y chicos. Avísanos si te gustaría participar.

Costo

Este es un evento sin fines de lucro. Lo recaudado será destinado a cubrir los costos de arriendo del local, así como otros esenciales para hacer de este día una celebración especial. 

Voluntarios

Necesitamos algunos voluntarios para ayudar a poner mesas y sillas, decorar el lugar y posteriormente ayudar a ordenar y limpiar. Como voluntario, no pagas entrada pero se espera que estés disponible desde las 1pm - 2pm y/o desde las 7pm - 8pm para ayudar. Para ser voluntario, selecciona una entrada de volunteer y nosotros te contactaremos para coordinar.

Join us to celebrate this 18 as part of the Chilean community in Bristol at our very own fonda ‘Onde Doña María’. This is a family-friendly celebration with traditional food, games, music and great atmosphere.

About the venue

St Mary Redcliffe is a heritage building in Bristol and home to a local Chilean-owned business, Latino Street Bites. We will have access to the green in front of the church, as well as the undercroft where the cafe is located. We will have a small area for ‘asados’ if people would like to bring their BBQ (please get in touch ahead of the event). We will cordon off the area as well as possible to avoid external people coming in. We ask you for your cooperation, respecting the venue and its historical value, as well as looking after your children at all times. We also ask you to take your rubbish at home.

Entertainment

Let's make this party together. If you would like to show your talent, whether it is in music, dance, poetry or anything you can think of, contact us to include you in the program. There is an informal music band that will perform a couple of songs. If you would like to get involved, please contact Silvia +447 427 25 4637.  We will also have traditional games for everyone; let us know if you would like to participate.

Cost

This is a not-for-profit event. All the proceeds will go towards the hiring of the hall, as well as other essentials to make of this celebration a special one. 

Volunteers

We need a handfull of volunteers to help set up tables and chairs, decorate the place and pack up after the event. As a volunteer, you will get free entry to the event, but we expect you to be able to help between 1pm - 2pm and/or 7pm - 8pm to help out. To become a volunteer, please select the volunteer ticket and we will be in touch.
