A event on Saturday 18th April. The event starts at 11:00.
Join us for a special forest bathing session in Leigh Woods, guided by Hiba Choireri.
Honouring the Japanese, Shinrin-yoku, practice, Hiba will guide us at an easy pace as we take part in a series of grounding practices inviting us to slow down, tune in, and connect more deeply with the natural world.
Hiba brings a therapeutic approach to the session, drawing on her background in psychology to create a calm, supportive space for reflection and restoration through nature.
No experience is needed - just come as you are.
