Astro Yoga - Sagittarius Season
An event held at L'Étoile Studio on Friday 1st December. The event starts at 18:30.
Symbolised by the archer, Sagittarians aim high and travel far, they roam the world on a constant quest for knowledge. This archetype is known for their love of adventure, adaptability, passion, curiosity and creativity.
Channel your inner Sagittarius during this expressive two hour astro yoga session. Beginning with a meditation, we will reflect on some of our fiery traits. The meditation will be followed by curious movement, grounding postures and a warrior flow. We will continue to do some journaling in a sharing circle.
Whether your a born Sagittarius, a Sagittarius rising, or want to explore more of this side of yourself, all are welcome.
BRING YOUR OWN MAT and some writing materials. Plant based snacks and tea provided.
