KATE DAVIES:

Kate Davies is an emerging poet from Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, who explores identity, time and the unseen through abstract lyric. Her work has appeared in Azarão Lit Journal and Steel Jackdaw Magazine.

JAN SWANN:

Jan Swann is a Welsh poet now living in Bristol. She performs at open mics and as a featured poet at events in and around the West and Wales. Jan has appeared on BBC Upload and been published in various online magazines such as Nuthatch Magazine, Black Nore Review, Apricot Press, Ink Sweat and Tears and in the anthologies Whispered Word Poems, Bonds, Poets Walk and Red Poets Magazine.

JONNY HEATH:

Since 2018, Jonny Heath has made a living writing poems for people on the street, based on things they share with him about their lives.
As well as street corners all around the world, he’s appeared at various festivals including Glastonbury, Shambala, and Vogrie Pogrie up in Scotland. He’s also collaborated with workplaces and institutions, including residencies with universities, trade unions, and the NHS.
In 2024 Jonny received funding from Arts Council England to develop his debut collection (forthcoming), as well as kick-start his monthly publication, the Jonny Writes Words Zine.
Over the years, Jonny and his typewriter have slowly become a part of the landscape at Bristol Harbourside. Many citizens have come to know him - either by name, or simply as ‘the Typewriter Man.’
You can find him opposite Architect Bar on Narrow Quay, beside the river, under the plane trees.

SIMON MORETON:

I make art about this weirdo life. I write prose and poetry and make drawings and collages and use old images like photos and adverts I’ve found. Most things I publish myself as handmade books and zines, like Minor Leagues (2016- ), an ongoing but occasional zine of words & pictures about what’s been happening – life, prettiness, the grind, all that. Some things I make are also published by other people.
