A
event
held at L'Étoile Studio
on Friday 6th June. The event starts at 18:30.
Have you ever wondered what common symbolic language connects astrology and tarot?
Did you know that Jung’s theory of psychological types—later influencing the modern MBTI system—was deeply inspired by the ancient concept of the four elements?
Fire, Earth, Air, and Water are more than poetic archetypes. These elements form the foundation of Western esotericism. In astrology, they manifest through the elemental qualities of the zodiac signs. In tarot, they are reflected in the suits of the Minor Arcana—Wands, Pentacles, Swords, and Cups—and even in the court card personalities.
Understanding the dynamics of the four elements offers us a powerful symbolic framework for making sense of ourselves and the world.
In this event, we’ll explore this ancient symbolic system and learn how to apply it practically in both astrology and tarot interpretations.
What the session will include:
.A guided introduction to the core symbolic meanings of the four elements
.Discovering your elemental balance through your tarot deck and natal chart
.Drawing cards and sharing within small groups to explore your current elemental “state”
Hands-on exercises combining astrological and tarot symbolism through the lens of the four elements
