This dedicated art gallery and mindful creative space invites you to capture the detailed shapes, textures, and rich colours of seasonal flowers, plants, grapes, and autumn fruits. Facilitated by Bristol-based visual artist Marta Isabella Reina, this session uses direct observation to help quiet the mind, reduce stress, and ground your nervous system.
