Join us for an evening of experimentation on how colours, shapes, and melodies intertwine, transforming auditory sensations into vibrant visual landscapes.
Witness Fabio Ferri’s masterful improvisations that evoke emotion and imagination, inviting you to see the harmony between sight and sound in a truly immersive live performance.

This session effectively integrates sensory perception and artistic expression by guiding participants to connect internal visual impressions with sound, first through deliberate drawings based on their initial responses to simple sounds and then through spontaneous doodling inspired by improvisational music by Fabio Ferri. The structured approach encourages mindfulness and nuanced listening in the first part, while fostering creativity and spontaneity in the second, enabling participants to explore the interplay between auditory stimuli and visual or tactile responses, ultimately enhancing their perceptual awareness and artistic engagement.

The workshop was co-facilitated by Marta Reina, a Bristol-based visual artist renowned for exploring unconventional forms of creativity.

All materials will be provided, but you're also welcome to bring your supplies to personalise your experience.
