Start the year stepping into a world of imagination with our Mask-Making Workshop, where we’ll bring characters from your dreams, tales, myths, and folklore to life using the art of papier-mâché clay.
In this 2 days creative and interactive sessions participants will:
* Learn the papier-mâché clay technique to craft unique, handmade masks.
* Draw inspiration from tales, fairytales, mythology, and folklore—or from any story that resonates with you.
* Construct your mask model and structure.
* Smoothing, painting and finishing .
* Have a little photo shoot embodying your mask at the end (optional)
This workshop is an opportunity to craft a mask that represents something you want to connect with—a character from myth or lore, a symbol of personal growth, or simply a story that inspires you. By channeling your imagination and intention, you’ll create an object that carries meaning and embodies the magic of transformation.
Whether your mask is loosely inspired by a story or an accurate representation of a character, the choice is yours to make.
Start 2025 with your own tale, giving your mask a story to tell.
Materials and guidance will be provided—all you need is your imagination and a willingness to explore!
