Samhain Nature Crafts & Rituals: Honoring the Spirits of the Season at L'Étoile Studio
See event details

A event held at L'Étoile Studio on Sunday 2nd November. The event starts at 16:30.

Join us for a meaningful celebration of Samhain, the third of the harvest festivals marking the end of summer and the beginning of winter—a time deeply connected to themes of death, remembrance, and the thinning veil between the living and the spirits of the departed. This evocative event invites you to explore Samhain’s rich symbols and traditions through hands-on crafting of traditional home decor using locally sourced straw, dried grass, flowers, and herbs.

As we create these meaningful artefacts, we will meditate on our intentions for the darker months ahead, honoring our ancestors and embracing the cycle of life, death, and renewal. This is a unique opportunity to reflect on the spiritual significance of this season while blending artistic expression with cultural reflection.

During our gathering, we will:

Share stories and symbolism associated with Samhain and the harvest season
Engage in meditation and intention setting for the winter months
Explore nature-inspired crafts rooted in ancient traditions
