Have you ever wondered what the Runes actually are? Or how we can work with them in our lives today? Maybe you're a creative looking for a challenge and different way of working.

Our taster session of our Learning Runes through Creativity will give you tools whether you're a seasoned practitoner, or someone looking to dip their toes in more to the magickal world.

Your ticket will include:

- a presentation about the runes, their history, the formatting of the runes and the 3 runes we will work with today

- guided meditation to drop into our bodies, supporting our jounrey to hear what messages these 3 runes have for us

- intutive drawing/collaging of each rune, how it relates to us, how we can be supported by them

- sharing circle to close, sharing the widsom we learnt from each rune and the process we went on

This will be a session leading up to our 6 week Learning the Runes through Creativity course on the: 22nd and 29th of Oct, and the 5th, 12th & 19th and 26th of Nov. You will be able to attend these sessions as indivudal drop-in sessions, aswell as our 6 week course.

Your facilitator: Esmée (they/them) is a visual artist, Yoga teacher & Creative Wellbeing practitioner based in Bristol. They have been learning and working with the Runes through somatic & creative experiences to help support and strengthen their life path. Esmée wishes to share with us the magick of the Runes and how they can be worked with in our day-to-day lives, aswell as through our art.
