The evening begins with a guided meditation, setting the stage for a journey of deep relaxation, healing, and insight. Connecting with inner realms and even meeting guiding spirits. Let the soothing sounds carry you away, bringing you closer to yourself. We finish with a short rune reading for each person (optional). Which can help give further guidance and clarity to your healing experience.
What to bring:
A mat to lie on (yoga mat, etc)*
A blanket or sleeping bag, etc (to keep warm & comfortable)
Pillow
