In this week’s creative workshop you will get the chance to paint a small canvas. We will be exploring colour, composition and shape before producing a design onto the canvas

These creative workshops are a fun, safe space for beginners to experiment, play and explore creative outlets through painting, collage, printing, journaling, crafts and drawing with the aim to give people the opportunity to learn new creative techniques and to allow people to find new modes of creative expression to aid emotional regulation and wellbeing.

All abilities are welcome and you don’t need any prior experience.
