Join us as we guide you through a playful and light-hearted Life Drawing session inspired by Flora & Fauna. You will be guided to observe and express the aura and life force energy of the model as they interact with objects in a playful and ritualistic way.

During the hour and a half session, we will share with you skills to empower your drawing of the body, fun exercises of drawing the model as they move and dance in a ritualistic manner and observing the energy of the model connecting with the alter space.


The session will run as follows:

- Warming up your drawing skills: some fun drawing techniques, expressing the model as they move around the space, paired drawing exercise and blind drawing techniques.

- Short poses (2 mins, 5mins, 10 mins): drawing the model connecting with the ritual objects ~ what is the energy of the interaction? How is the model connected to the objects?

- A short break

- Longer poses (15mins, 20mins): drawing the model, focusing on the form of the body, learning shading, highlighting and incorporating the energy drawings learnt in the short poses!


All materials included, feel free to bring along your own drawing materials if you have a preference. Please book your ticket in advance to allow for the preparation of materials.

You are welcome to bring something to add to the alter space if you wish, something that represents the theme of the class.
