A
event
held at L'Étoile Studio
on Wednesday 27th March. The event starts at 18:00.
The Goddess, the Moon and the Hare is an event aimed at celebrating the arrival of Spring by tracing the origins, connections and similarities of some of the Spring goddesses around the globe!
The class is an occasion to connect with the sacred feminine by making a clay effigy of one of the featured goddesses, asking her for her blessings and support in manifesting your deeper wishes.
To make our clay piece, we will observe the symbolism of existing figurines belonging to different cultural traditions and times - and especially the ones connected with the moon and the hare symbolism like the German Ēostre, the Greek Diana, the Maya Ixchel and others.
The event is part of the Sacred Feminine - Creating a Clay Figurine of the Goddess series of clay classes run periodically by Marta Isabella Reina (alias Mireinart).
ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME! Whether you have modelled clay before or are new to the art, the making of these figurines is easily achievable for all levels. Instructions and tips will be given to the absolute beginners while the more experienced will be free to experiment with more complicated making. Materials and tools are provided.
