Greenhouse Chef's Table @ Little Kitchen Cookery School
32 Oxford St, Totterdown, Bristol BS3 4RJ
Wednesday 21st June 2023
Arrive 6.30pm to start promptly at 6.45pm

What to expect:
Throughout the evening guests will be served 5 courses of delicious vegan food. Chef Rachel will be preparing and plating each dish in front of guests, and will be talking through the produce and cooking techniques. Between each demonstration guests will have time to eat, drink and socialise.
Each guest will receive a recipe booklet to take home so that they can recreate dishes in their own kitchen.
This event is perfect for those who are interested in learning more about vegan and veg-centric cooking.
The atmosphere will be relaxed and personal; set around one large table in the cookery school, with a maximum of 15 guests.
Guests may bring their own wine or beverage of choice; the evening is BYO.
The menu is focused on food sustainability, and wherever possible uses the best locally grown, seasonal and organic produce.

Sample Menu:
Fava bean hummus, roasted maple glazed carrots, sunflower seed dukkah, sourdough.
***
Smoked tofu with black garlic, asparagus, smoky tea infused prune purée, roasted hazelnuts, herb oil.
***
Confit tomatoes, broad beans, soya milk ricotta, basil & mint pesto.
***
Carrot & pea flour pakora, yoghurt with beetroot, walnut & pomegranate, pickled root roses.
***
Peruvian dark chocolate mousse, hazelnut & almond amaretti.

Menu may be subject to changes, subject to the availability of seasonal organic produce.

Allergens & Dietary Requirements:
The menu is vegan and gluten-free. We will offer complimentary sourdough and gluten-free bread to accompany your meals.
Allergens in the set menu include soya, sesame, nuts, fava beans, sulphites, mustard, celery and gluten.
We endeavour to uphold the highest standards in safety and hygiene. However, please note that the food is prepared in kitchens where other ingredients containing all 14 allergens are handled. If you have a severe allergy to any of those, please let us know at the time of booking by emailing Rachel at [email protected]. We may be unable to accommodate dietary requirements if given insufficient notice and for your safety, we reserve the right to refuse your booking if we cannot accommodate your request.

Seating Arrangements:
Guests will be seated around one large table in the centre of the cookery school. You will be able to watch and listen to chef Rachel cook and prepare the food at the head of the table, before tucking in to eat.

Children:
'The evening is unsuitable for children. Over 14's are welcome, provided they are accompanied by an adult.

Travel & Parking:
There are multiple public transport options to Totterdown.
If driving, Little Kitchen has shared use of the carpark off Oxford Street. It is shared with Tesco and the other businesses on the precinct. There are disabled parking bays. We would encourage customers to use this carpark rather than parking on the streets in the Totterdown area.

Refunds:
We regret that tickets are non-refundable. However, you are able to 're-sell' your tickets on Headfirst Bristol once all tickets for that date have sold out. We find that this works well, as we usually have a waiting list for each event.
