Our first fermenting workshop/supper club!
An evening of learning about and making your very own miso.
Guided by expert miso-maker Hiroka Dathan, you will make and leave with 750g (approx) of your very own miso AND the knowledge and stills to make your own in the future.
You will also learn about the fascinating health properties of miso and eat a delicious miso-based meal!
(NB. Ideally you need to bring a large Kilner jar or tuperware - let us know if you don't have one and we'll find something for you!)
