Join Sheena Rose for the first in a series of five supper clubs (Spring, Summer, Harvest, Autumn, Winter) designed to nourish your body and soul.
Participants will come together to learn some of the foundations of Ayurveda in relation to food, how we cook & eat and our own unique constitutions.
We’ll cook and eat a meal together and explore the principles of why particular ingredients are well suited to this particular time of year.
