A event on Thursday 9th October. The event starts at 18:30.

Food and Palestine

We are two food equality organisations, Feeding Bristol and The MAZI Project, working together to host an event to raise funds for the Union of Agricultural Work Committees (UAWC) in Palestine.

Join us for an evening of discussion and reflection as we honour the rich food culture and heritage of Palestine and explore the role that food can play in community action and campaigns to end the Israeli state's genocide in Palestine.

What to expect:

- A panel discussion with very special guests working on food-related projects and campaigns advocating for food justice in Palestine

- A three-course meal cooked by Bristol-based Palestinian chef

- An opportunity to contribute vital funds to support Palestinian agricultural workers and families with emergency supplies as well as the rehabilitation of food security infrastructure, while honouring the cuisine and culture of Palestine

- The chance to hear about food-related campaigns and actions happening to support Palestine
