“The class will be 50/50 Yoga and Meditation reflecting the daily personal practice of your teacher; Rowan. We will open with Oms and then gently transition into a mix of Kundalini and Hatha yoga to awaken our bodies and get the energy flowing. We will then use the energy we have created with the Yoga to take us into our meditation; a guided chakra clearing practice which connects us deeply to ourselves and clears anything we are ready to release, in this heart space we can receive guidance and deep healing. We will then gently bring in some movement and come back to our normal level of awareness and close the space with three Oms.”
