MUSHROOM SUPPER CLUB #3
An event on Thursday 28th November. The event starts at 19:00.
Join us at the end of this month for our 3rd Mushroom Feast at Matter Whole Foods.
Five courses of mushroomy magnificence cooked up by Jon and the team in the Matter kitchen and guided expertly by Martin Bailey from goforaging.co.uk
You can expect to sample a wide range of foraged and cultivated 'shrooms. Previous supper clubs have included Lion's Mane, Amethyst Deceivers, Hedgehog Fungi and lots more, many of which were foraged by Martin and Jon in the days leading up to the feast. They'll be out in the fields and woodlands again this month, so you will be sure to get the best of what this season has to offer.
There will also be mushroom cocktails and hot drinks available PLUS...we now have our full alcohol licence, so you can enjoy organic wine, beer & spirits with your meal!
