A Taste of Palestine, Fundraiser at Native Vine Redfield
£45

A event on Thursday 17th April. The event starts at 19:00.

Join Omar (from Jafra) and Biote Gatherings on a journey of Palestinian flavours from different regions, exploring the culinary heritage that is connected to the identity and history of the land.

This is the first supper club in the series and we have teamed up with the Native Vine in Redfield who will be recommending delicious wines from Georgia and Lebanon that will pair beautifully to the food offerings, as well as non alcoholic drinks options. (Drinks are not included in the ticket price)

Omar and I have put together a 3 course feasting menu consisting of traditional mezze, main course dishes and desserts, using as many locally sourced and foraged ingredients from the land around us. Expect dishes such as Kubbeh, Labneh, Maqlubet, Knafeh and lashings of Palestinian olive oil from Olive Odyssey.
The food will be served on large platters in one big communal table in true Palestinian feasting style.

As it's our first supper club we want to make it as authentic as possible and we will be offering a menu containing some halal meat dishes with no vegetarian alternatives this time, however we will have vegetarian alternatives at later dates. (offerings will also include gluten, dairy and nuts)

If tickets sell out there will be more opportunities to come along to other supper clubs throughout the year, where we delve into more of the culinary heritage and delights of Palestine.

All profits will be donated to our selected charity supporting Palestine.

Entry requirements: no age restrictions (under 18s to be accompanied by an adult over 21yrs, 1:1 ratio)
