Women's Circle at Near Eastville Park (full address given on booking)
See event details

A event on Sunday 2nd March. The event starts at 16:30.

Spreading mostly by word of mouth, we get together roughly monthly, with the next date agreed together so that as many people as possible can come along.

Facilitated by Hannah (www.spacewithhannah.yoga), each circle has a theme to get reflections going - this one will be about gearing up for (or staggering into) spring, seeing if we can loosen and unfurl into Bristol's best seasons.

We start by landing together with teas and food contributed by everyone, as well as a check-in and short meditation. Next, we connect by sharing in pairs, before moving into time for each person to share in full circle.

We aim to welcome diverse identities within those who were born in biologically female bodies. We check pronouns at the beginning of each circle, and welcome feedback for continuing a sensitively held space.

You are welcome to come as you are, and are encouraged (with no pressure here) to bring your gifts – be they song, movement, pair or group work.

As we open the circle more widely, monetary donations are welcome to sustain the energy needed to organise gatherings: minimum suggested £5. Reach out if this is a barrier to you coming along, as there are other ways to contribute.

Please feel free to reach out to me to learn more via www.spacewithhannah.yoga. Hope to see you at the March circle to see which of your seeds are daring the light.

Entry requirements: no age restrictions
